Off the Mondays

Monday blues can be tough. I always try to wake up early on Mondays to get my week started with a morning work out. Half the time I can't get up to do that. Other times I force myself. Mondays don't have to be hard but we give Mondays this stigma since it's the beginning of the week and we all rather be back in the weekend again.

Mondays are great, it's a new week to begin again. Start something new, do something that'll get you closer to your goals. Even if it's a weekly goal it'll make Mondays more likable. Make your coffee stronger or make your favorite smoothie for breakfast. Sure enough you'll be able to put up with Mondays. Wear your favorite outfit or your favorite accessory, spice those Monday blues up!
